ROLLING LOUD® PORTUGAL & MUNICH - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsor/The Promoter is Levi Strauss & Co Europe BV. LEONARDO DA VINCILAAN 19, AIRPORT PLAZA, RIO BUILDING 1831 DIEGEM (Levi’s).

1. The competition starts on 23rd May at 00:01 and ends at 11th June at 23:59.

2. The competition is open to anyone that meets the Conditions of Entry, aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the promoter and associated partners and of the participating stores, their immediate families, their associated companies, their agents and anyone associated with the competition either directly or indirectly.

3. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry into this competition.

4. Participants must enter the competition through Levi’s® Red Tab™ online or via the app. Participants must correctly answer one question to enter the competition.

5. Participation in this competition is only open to United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Czech Republic residents. Two winners will be selected from United Kingdom, two winners will be selected from Germany, two winners will be selected from Netherlands, one winner will be selected from Belgium and one winner will be selected from Czech Republic. All efforts will be made to prohibit entrants from countries where legal restrictions apply from accessing this competition and their entry will be deemed null and void.

6. The number of eligible opportunities to participate shall be one time per participant. Any further account registrations will not be taken into consideration. Participants shall participate in their own name, participation on behalf of another person will not be taken into account.

7. By entering the competition, winners consent that their picture and their name may be used by Levi’s® and relevant partners and that they grant the promoter full rights to use the picture and the name in all media and in perpetuity.

8. By entering the competition, participants agree that the internet is global, and their photos, name may be copied and uploaded onto other websites.

9. By entering the competition, the participants confirm that all entry details submitted are true, accurate and complete.

10. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. In addition, the promoter also reserves the right to exclude entries and/or usernames that are indecent, immoral, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, infringes third party intellectual property rights, or portrays or encourages illegal activities. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify from the competition, and any future contest or other competitions conducted by the promoter and to take such other action as may be appropriate, any participant or winner who, in the promoter’s reasonable suspicion has breached any of the Terms and Conditions set out in this document or interferes with the entry process.

11. The promoter is not liable for any incident or accident which may occur to the winner during the trip.

12. Each prize consists of two (2) 3-day VIP tickets to a Rolling Loud®️ Portugal Festival at Praia da Rocha beach in Portimão (05.07.23 - 07.07.23) (“Portugal Festival”) or two (2) 3-day VIP tickets to Rolling Loud®️ Munich Festival at Messe München in Munich (07.07.23 - 09.07.23), (Munich Festival”), depending on the country of citizenship, for you and a friend, a 4/5-night stay in Portugal or Munich, travel between the winners’ country of residence (as listed in point 5 above) and Portimão, Portugal or Munich and hotel, a gift card worth €/£250. The type of travel and/or transportation, hotel accommodations, any seat and/or room assignments and type of gift card are at the discretion of Sponsor/Promoter, airline and/or hotel personnel. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s and guest’s responsibility. Expenses incurred during the stay in Portugal or Munich, other than those listed above, shall be borne by the winners. This includes, but is not limited to, meals and transport within Portugal or Munich. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of concert under the winner’s name.

Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Venue Will Call. Winner and guests must abide by all venue/Festival policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue/Festival personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/Festival policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to Portugal Festival Tickets Terms of Use and Munich Festival Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your Festival, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should any of the Festivals listed above be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Approximate Retail Value of each prize is: VALUE (€/$2000.00), depending upon winner’s point of travel origin and airfare fluctuations at the time of taking the trip. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.

13. The winners will be selected by a draw and will be notified via Email within 48 hours of the closing date of the competition. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner, however, if the winner cannot be contacted the promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to the runner up.

14. No cash or alternative prizes are available. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.

15. The winner(s) will be notified via email to their/his/her private provided during the registration phase (“Notification email”). Participants who are not winners will not be notified.

16. Winners must reply via email to the notification email within a maximum period of 48 hours, as of the date they receive the Notification email. If winners do not respond within that timeframe, Levi’s reserves the right to assign the prize to a different person and the winner who has not responded within such timeframe shall have no claim towards Levi’s or right over the prize.

17. The promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.

18. If due to circumstances outside the promoter's control, if it is necessary to suspend, amend, or cancel the competition, the promoter reserves the right to do so and will inform participants by putting up a notice on levi.com or the Levi’s app.

19. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/ or an error affecting the proper operation of the competition, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, the promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the competition; amend the Terms and Conditions; and declare void the notification of winner(s).

20. No liability is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, requests or other documents related to the competition that are incorrectly completed, are lost, damaged or delayed for any reason whatsoever. The promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the sites or to participate in the competition, or if their entry is lost, due to any error, problem, technical or otherwise connected with the web connection.

21. No liability shall be accepted by the Promoter and by Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”); Event Horizon Entertainment LTD; Insomniac Holdings, LLC; BZTC LLC; Rolling Loud, LLC and any other parties as designated by Live Nation, Live Nation GMBH, its landlords and licensors (related to the Festival), if any (collectively “Rolling Loud Festival”), prize providers, promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, for any loss, damage or liability caused to the winners as a direct or indirect result of the prizes awarded through this competition.

22. The participants agree not to use any "deep-link", "robot", or other automatic or manual device, software, program, code, algorithm or methodology, to access, modify, copy or monitor any portion of the Site, or in any way reproduce, change or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, or information through any means not purposely made available by the promoter through the Site. The promoter reserves the right to take measures to prevent any such activity and to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant has engaged in any such practices.

23. The promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the competition and for no other purpose. The promoter is responsible for fulfilling the prize. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the competition by the promoter will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment with your consent. It will not be used for marketing purposes. Your personal details will always be kept confidential. Data will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. By participating in the competition, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. 24. Any personal information received from any participant will only be used for administering the competition as set out in these Terms and Conditions and will not be sold or provided to third parties. Participants have a right of access to any computer files containing any of their personal data and a right to have such data corrected or deleted.

25. The competition will be governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any claims and/or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom without prejudice to any right of any participant to bring or defend a claim in the jurisdiction in which (s)he resides.Live Nation and Rolling Loud Festival are not Sponsors of the Competition and are in no way responsible for the administration of the Competition, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing.
