WIN A MUSIC EXPERIENCE DURING AMSTERDAM DANCE EVENT │TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsor/The Promoter is Levi Strauss & Co Europe BV. LEONARDO DA VINCILAAN 19, AIRPORT PLAZA, RIO BUILDING 1831 DIEGEM (Levi’s®).

1. The competition starts on 17th September 00:01 am and ends on the 29th of september 11:59pm
2. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the promoter and associated partners and of the participating stores, their immediate families, their associated companies, their agents and anyone associated with the competition either directly or indirectly.
3. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry into this competition.

1. The competition is only open to residents of Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.
2. The number of eligible opportunities to sign up shall be one time per consumer. Any further account registrations will not be taken into consideration.
3. Participants must enter the competition through Levi’s® Red Tab™ online or via the app. Participants must correctly answer one question to enter the competition.
4. By entering the competition, the participants confirm that all entry details submitted are true, accurate and complete.
5. The promoter is not liable for any incident or accident which may occur to the winner during the trip.

1. The prize: A three (3) days trip to Amsterdam, including travel and a four (4) star hotel in the city center of Amsterdam. Arrival of the trip will be on Friday 18th October 2024 and departure on Sunday 20th October 2024. During this trip you will experience different activities, a private dining, club tour and VIP tickets to Amsterdam Music Festival.
2. Any expense not listed here, including but not limited to food, are not included in the prize.
3. There will be two (2) winners overall, who can take along a three (3) guests of their choice.
4. Winners must reply via email to the notification email within a maximum period of 48 hours, as of the date they receive the Notification email. If winners do not respond within that timeframe, Levi’s® reserves the right to assign the prize to a different person and the winner who has not responded within such timeframe shall have no claim towards Levi’s® or right over the prize.
5. The winners will be selected by a draw and will be notified via Email by the 2nd October 2024. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner, however, if the winner cannot be contacted the promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to the runner up.
6. No cash or alternatives are available. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
7. The winners will be notified via email to their/his/her private email address provided during the registration phase (“Notification email”). Participants who are not winners will not be notified.
8. Winners must reply via email to the notification email within a maximum period of 48 hours, as of the date they receive the Notification email. If winners do not respond within that timeframe, Levi’s reserves the right to assign the prize to a different person and the winner who has not responded within such timeframe shall have no claim towards Levi’s® or right over the prize.

1. The promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
2. If due to circumstances outside the promoter's control, if it is necessary to suspend, amend, or cancel the competition, the promoter reserves the right to do so and will inform participants by putting up a notice on levi.com or the Levi’s® app.
3. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/ or an error affecting the proper operation of the event, the promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the event; amend the Terms and Conditions; and declare void the notification of the ticketholder(s).
4. No liability is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, requests or other documents related to the competition that are incorrectly completed, are lost, damaged or delayed for any reason whatsoever. The promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the sites or to participate in the competition, or if their entry is lost, due to any error, problem, technical or otherwise connected with the web connection.
5. The participants agree not to use any "deep-link", "robot", or other automatic or manual device, software, program, code, algorithm or methodology, to access, modify, copy or monitor any portion of the Site, or in any way reproduce, change or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, or information through any means not purposely made available by the promoter through the Site. The promoter reserves the right to take measures to prevent any such activity and to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant has engaged in any such practices.
