Great for jacket cold damp weather

This jacket is great for cold weather with drizzle or snow or light rain. I have not tried it in pouring rain. I have worn it and found it comfortable from about 55 degrees all the way down to 22 degrees with wind blowing. At that low temperature, it only felt slightly cool in the sleeves, but not the body (with cotton t-shirt and turtleneck underneath). The top of the jacket zips up on me in such a way that it can cover my chin if I want.

True to size, very warm. If you want to have a hoodie on underneath I would suggest to size up

Happy With Both Coats!

I now own two coats, a Brown Heavyweight Parka and a Black Heavyweight Parka. The quality is top notch! Both colors look fantastic and timeless. A color brown and color black are two must have genuine colors to keep in your wardrobe. This coat is very warm, has a comfortable weight, feels expensive and look expensive! My money was well spent. These two coats will last me for years ahead.

Excellent Quality

Excellent quality and attention to detail. This coat is super warm and very comfortable. All I wear is a long sleeve button down shirt underneath. The brown coffee color is awesome. I am 6.0 feet tall, 190 lbs weight with a 35 waist. I have an XL size jacket.
