About this Style

Our Barrel jeans were inspired by folks who wear super oversized vintage 501® Original jeans, cinching the waist like a paper bag and in turn creating an exaggerated "barrel" shaped leg. What that means for you: these jeans were constructed with a relaxed, looser fit and a slight taper, then cropped at the ankle. The overall effect is a bold, slightly curvy shape.

    I have the made in japan boyfriend jeans and wanted to try barrel jeans. These are perfect for everyday. In terms of fit, I am 5’5” and am size US6. I ordered them in size 27 and they are comfy, not too tight nor too loose. They fall right above my ankles. Though the selvedge on the boyfriend jeans look much better, there isn't any instance where I need to fold my jeans up. I pair them with sneakers and my loafers all the time. The barrel isn’t too obvious too and does not look weird for me.

    Love these. I bought a 32 but normally wear a 34 (us women’s 14:16)or even a size bigger in Levi’s. They sit higher on my waist than the model and are flattering. They’re the denim quality of the 80s, where you can tell they will mold to you like leather does and will be a forever jean. Recommended buy adjust your size accordingly.
