I bought the size that usually fits me in Levi's relaxed fit shirts and unfortunately found it to be too small. The fabric also seems a bit thinner than I'd like and what I usually expect from Levi shirts. I am rather frustrated by Levi's policy of no longer allowing returns on most items bought on sale and since I've found customer support unhelpful in returning this (I am aware it says final sale, but in the past Levi's would work things out even on final sale items) this purchase is making me reconsider whether I'll continue to buy Levi's. I am especially disappointed because I have been a long time Levi customer. I have generally enjoyed the brand and bought items for myself and my family for many years, but if all sale items are going to be final sale I will have to reconsider and try an alternative.
