Terrible waistband

I bought these last week and I’m returning them. Instead of the waistband being one solid piece that’s dyed 3 colors it’s 3 different pieces of fabric sewed together. So not only does the waistband roll up immediately, but the 3 different pieces all fold along the seams like an accordion.
