This month, we took a virtual trip around the globe and asked three employees to share some of their go-to looks, outfit MVPs and unique secondhand scores. Though some of us have gone from business casual to veeery casual, these stylish staffers are still rocking their favorite Levi’s®—and we’re so here for it. This, in their own words, is what they’re wearing.

MARK RHODES, VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER LONDON, ENGLAND

Some of my favorite pieces to wear are Levi's® Vintage Clothing. This suede sherpa jacket is from the F/W 2018 Rockers Collection and I love the 1970s decadence of it. I like to wear it with one of our archival reproductions, like my 1890 501® jeans, a hoodie and a pair of Chuck Taylors. London is a notoriously chilly place so I try to bring in some warmth through my use of tones and patterns.

My style is a melting pot of all the music, cinema and subculture references I hungrily digested as a young adult. I'm a proud nerd, really! Films such as Quadrophenia, This Is England, 24 Hour Party People and Northern Soul are up there as my biggest style influences. There’s something about the combination of anti-establishment attitudes and the music scenes that really resonates—not to mention the Levi's® clothing featured in all of these!

ELLIE KLAVDIENKO, BRAND ENVIRONMENT MANAGER WARSAW, POLAND

I wear what makes me feel comfortable and confident—lots of oversized and men's clothing. And the more faded and washed it becomes, the better I feel in it. I bought this Trucker Jacket years ago and stitched a heart one summer while working at the Tailor Shop. I’m usually not one for big customizations, so this one is just enough.

I’ve always loved the look of a worn-in pair of Levi's®. I bought my first pair of stonewashed 501® jeans from a tiny secondhand shop in Moscow when I was 15. My favorite pieces are the oldest ones I own. Most of them repaired, customized or altered by me. I do a lot of drawing and painting after work so naturally, some of my jeans have paint stains—and I quite like it, actually.

NATASIA BERRY, ASSISTANT MERCHANT SAN FRANCISCO, USA

I bought this vintage pair of 505 jeans from Venice beach a couple of years ago, and I hooked it up to a worn-in Trucker Jacket. I'm very much about comfort. I choose outfits that’ll last for most of the day. I need to be able to run errands around town—and slay while doing it.

My style is very casual with hints of femininity through bright colors, printed tops and accessories. I love a classic look, but with an element of surprise through fabric, footwear or accessories. I live in Levi's® every day and I am proud of that!

Each month, we ask a few of our staffers to share some favorite pieces from their wardrobe: jeans that make them feel amazing, jackets they thrifted, or new grails they've just found. Stay tuned here to our Off The Cuff blog for more style inspo—and then spend some time trying to find your own.
